The two brands share a common mission to partner with customers to drive service innovation within the life sciences and diagnostic industries and, today, serve customers across 100 countries.     POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join Electron Microscopy Sciences | Azer Scientific onsite in Morgantown, PA. Your skills and talents will be valued and guided for mutual growth and success.     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Filling, labeling, and shrinking of custom chemical orders + stock chemical items (Paraformaldehyde, Glutaraldehyde, buffers, stains, and fixatives). Maintaining proper paperwork by following company lot # and expiration procedures. Maintaining equipment throughout the day (cleaning of all used beakers + filling apparatus). Assisting in the operation of lab equipment (ampoule filler / sealer, ampoule printer, and shrinking machines). Able to lift up to 50lbs. Follows all safety guidelines with the use of company supplied PPE.     SKILLS AND ABILITIES No experience required. We will provide training. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work efficiently and assist in meeting department deadlines.
