Position Overview
CertaPro Painters of Nashua & Westford is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales & Account Development Representative to grow our commercial business through a balanced focus on new client acquisition and expansion of existing key accounts. This role is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other commercial clients within the New Hampshire and Massachusetts territory .
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new commercial clients within target marketsÂ
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, networking, and in-person visitsÂ
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesÂ
- Attend industry events and associations (BOMA, IREM, CAI) to generate leadsÂ
- Secure new business in a competitive B2B environmentÂ
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing commercial clientsÂ
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunitiesÂ
- Generate repeat business through proactive follow-up and serviceÂ
Estimating and Production
- Meet with clients to assess project needs and scope of workÂ
- Develop and present detailed, accurate proposalsÂ
- Clearly communicate expectations, timelines, and project scopeÂ
- Close sales and manage change orders as neededÂ
- Ensure smooth handoff of sold projects to production teamsÂ
- Communicate customer expectations and scope clearly to operationsÂ
- Support issue resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfactionÂ
Administrative
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activityÂ
- Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on performance weeklyÂ
- Manage marketing and entertainment budget to support customer acquisition

- Growing existing accounts year-over-yearÂ
- Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targetsÂ
- Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experienceÂ
- Proven ability to prospect and close new businessÂ
- Strong relationship-building and communication skillsÂ
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-drivenÂ
- Experience in construction/property maintenance services a plusÂ
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
