Driver Assistant | Full-Time, Day Shift | Nashua, NH


Looking to get your foot in the door with a stable, growing company? The Norfolk Companies is looking for a Driver Assistant to support our delivery team, helping get building materials safely to job sites, contractors, and customer locations throughout the area.

What you'll get to do:

  • Assist the Driver with loading, unloading, and delivering building materials
  • Help navigate deliveries to job sites, contractors, and customer homes
  • Provide friendly, professional service at every stop

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of delivery, warehouse, or material handling experience (preferred)
  • Are comfortable safely lifting and carrying heavy building materials throughout the day
  • Enjoy physical, hands-on work and staying active
  • Have strong communication and customer service skills
  • Can read and understand delivery paperwork and packing slips
  • Are dependable and have reliable attendance
  • Take safety seriously and follow procedures
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Take pride in doing the job right the first time
