We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused Human Resources Operations Coordinator with strong organizational skills and a passion for learning. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or a related area.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate full‑cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, managing applicant tracking, scheduling & conducting interviews, preparing offer letters, and processing background/reference checks.
  • Lead onboarding by coordinating pre‑hire communications, preparing paperwork and personnel files, conducting new hire orientation, and tracking onboarding progress to ensure a smooth start.
  • Support day‑to‑day benefits administration by processing benefit changes, reconciling invoices, responding to employee questions, and assisting with open enrollment activities.
  • Assist the HR Manager with documenting and improving HR processes and policies.
  • Maintain organized electronic recruiting files and documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute benefits materials and communications.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Support HR initiatives including compliance, safety, performance development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support and participate in ongoing projects to enhance HR operations.

 

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Associate degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources or recruiting role.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability as a self‑starter who takes initiative and solves problems proactively.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Customer‑service mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.


This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position based in our Nashua, NH office.
