We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter for a full-time, permanent opportunity with an established residential property and development company in the Nashua, NH area.

This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded carpenter looking for steady, long-term work with one company rather than jumping from project to project. You’ll work across multiple residential communities performing repairs, renovations, additions, and new construction as the company continues to grow throughout New Hampshire.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform carpentry repairs and renovations in existing homes
• Build and install decks, stairs, railings, and exterior structures
• Construct garages and residential additions
• Handle framing, finish carpentry, and general residential construction
• Troubleshoot and complete a variety of property repairs
• Travel between company-owned residential communities as needed
• Support new construction and expansion projects

What We’re Looking For

• Journeyman-level residential carpentry experience
• Strong background in framing and general carpentry
• Experience with decks, additions, garages, and home repairs
• Ability to work independently and handle projects from start to finish
• Must have your own basic carpentry tools
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Dependable, professional, and looking for a long-term opportunity

Position Details

• Pay: $32–$35/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, starting at 7:00 AM
• Location: Nashua, NH with work at residential communities throughout the area
