Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Project Director to lead large-scale organizational initiatives that advance behavioral healthcare transformation, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for Rural Health Transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee grant-funded projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage the full grant lifecycle including procurement, reporting, compliance monitoring, and closeout.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with state and federal partners and community stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts associated with CCBHC recertification and regulatory initiatives.
  • Monitor project outcomes, operational metrics, and quality indicators.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and advisory boards.
  • Strengthen collaborative relationships with community partners.
  • Support workforce development and organizational change management.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of leadership, project management, healthcare operations, or grant administration experience preferred.
  • Experience leading complex organizational initiatives required.
  • Knowledge of CCBHC standards, rural health initiatives, or healthcare compliance preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.
