Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator /BDC Representative to join our Service Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, call center operations, reception, hospitality, or an automotive dealership who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidate.

As the first point of contact for many of our service customers, you'll help create a positive experience while supporting the success of our service department.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online service inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate customer service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding recommended maintenance, recalls, declined services, and upcoming service needs.
• Follow up with missed appointments to improve customer retention.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Service Manager.
• Maintain accurate customer information using dealership CRM and scheduling software.
• Support manufacturer service campaigns and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience with every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service, BDC, call center, receptionist, administrative, hospitality, or appointment scheduling experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and scheduling software.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

$43,000–$54,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
