Service Coordinator
Pure Process Technology (PPT)

Position Summary
The Service Coordinator ensures that every PPT customer receives proactive, professional, and timely service by coordinating field service operations, managing preventative maintenance programs, and serving as the operational hub between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.  
Key Accountabilities
Customer Communication & Service Excellence
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related customer inquiries. 
•    Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, annual sanitizations, emergency service calls, and other field service activities.
•    Maintain and optimize technician schedules while coordinating priorities, timing, and customer availability.
•    Prepare, track, and follow up on service agreement proposals and renewals.
•    Process service contracts, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation using ERP (ACE & Counterpart).
•    Coordinate service kit preparation, vendor purchasing, and inventory.
•    Track service docs, open items, parts, quote/billing handoffs, and escalate urgent issues early.

Required:
•    High school diploma or GED 
•    3–5 years of relevant experience.
•    Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred:
•    Associate degree preferred. A bachelor's degree is not necessary if the candidate has strong, relevant experience.
•    Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, medical devices, water treatment, HVAC, electrical, mechanical contracting, or another field service environment
•    Experience with ERP (Counterpart & ACE), CRM, scheduling and accounting software (QuickBooks).
