As a Sales Development Representative, your initial training consists of a multi-week, comprehensive curriculum where new hires begin to learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions. This serves as the base of new hire learning and provides you with the tools to make an instant impact as part of a highly collaborative sales team. • Bachelor's Degree required & Business Major preferred
• Financially motivated and committed to a long-term career in sales
• 0-1.5 years of related work experience and/or applicable coursework

• Persuasive, professional, and prepared
• Strong written and verbal communication
