Job Summary

Repairs and maintains school district property. Responsible for repairing and replacing floors, ceilings, doors, and white boards and building walls. Works under direct supervision according to set procedures. Oracle Test

What you will do

  • Builds and repairs walls.
  • Repairs and replaces floor and ceiling tiles.
  • Repairs and replaces doors.
  • Replaces white boards.
  • Repairs furniture.
  • Installs bathroom stall dividers.
  • Performs other similar duties as necessary.


Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred


Experience Qualifications

  • 2 years’ applicable experience in carpentry trade Required


Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of carpentry and maintenance systems
  • Active Listening, Learning Strategies, Troubleshooting, Equipment Selection, Repairing, Judgement and Decision Making
