As a Dental Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the patient experience—supporting our doctors, building trust with patients, and helping create healthy, confident smiles. You'll work alongside an incredible team dedicated to delivering exceptional care while making every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same, and that's what makes this role exciting! You'll:

Prepare treatment rooms and operatories to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment

Welcome and prepare patients for treatment while helping them feel at ease

Assist doctors chairside during a variety of procedures

Take high-quality radiographs, panoramic images, digital scans, and 3D images as prescribed

Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards

Provide post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education to support patient success

Manage lab cases, maintain equipment logs, and help keep schedules and charts organized

Accurately document patient information in our practice management system

Help patients understand their treatment options and support them on their journey to better oral health

Create positive experiences through every patient interaction—whether in person or over the phone

Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, patient coordinators, and leadership to ensure seamless care

Requirements
