Job Description Summary
Troubadour Golf & Field Club in College Grove, TN is currently seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Administrator/Operator for our Security Services Team. Troubadour Security Operations Center (SOC) Administrator/Operator Professionals are a part of a highly trained professional team of safety, security, and medical responders and are encouraged to contribute their knowledge and skill for the benefit of the community and department. As part of the Department, you will be responsible for the safety and well-being of all members, guests, employees, and contractors at The Troubadour Club.

You will be responsible for deterring, detecting, and responding to potential and/or active threats directed at Troubadour members, guests, employees, contractors, and property. As part of the Department, you must be prepared to act accordingly within the guidelines set forth by the Troubadour Community Safety & Security Department policies.

Base Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00 an hour
  • Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor alarms systems, access control systems, and operate surveillance equipment.

    • Dispatch security personnel as required utilizing radio and telephone communication systems.

    • Conduct reception duties. i.e., customer service, telephone reception, database and records management, administrative support.

    • Maintain the personal “concierge” approach for all members, guests, and employees while on

    • Operate UAS (drones) as needed for routine patrols, special events, and emergencies.

    • Field routine and emergency calls.

    • Conduct administrative tasks within multiple software programs.

    • Administer, maintain, and organize parking and speed citations IAW HOA policies and procedures.

    • Maintain records of investigations.

    • Maintain records and files, electronic and hard copy.

    • Maintain a record of events in a Daily Activity Report.

    • Maintain and print copies of documents required for daily administrative needs.

    • Assist in conducting investigations.

    • Provide superior customer service to the standards of the Company.

    • Prevent unauthorized access to the property and use of its facilities via surveillance equipment.

    • Coordinate with security and external partners during emergencies and routine events.

    • Conduct on-going development training to include monthly sustainment training.

    • Maintain a clean work center, i.e., sweep/mop area, wipe down work center, remove trash, etc.

    • Other duties as needed

    Requirements

    • Prior experience in Armed Security (2 years minimum), Law Enforcement, or Military.

    • Experience in a dispatch, call center, and/or SOC environment is desired.

    • Prior administrative experience is desired.

    • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

    • Must possess strong ability to use a computer, navigate the internet, and use of common software applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.

    • Valid and current Tennessee Armed Guard License with Dallas Law training.

    • Valid Tennessee Driver’s License.

    • Clear Criminal Background.

    • High school diploma, GED, or higher education.

    Desired Strengths:

    • Administrative tasks and record keeping

    • Knowledge of Genetec Security Desk

    • Knowledge of Smart PTT

    • Knowledge/experience with Motorola communication systems

    • Knowledge of entry access systems

    • Knowledge/experience with UAS (drones) (FAA Part 107)
