LTC Language Solutions is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support the Language and Cultural Training team in their work. You will work with a small but mighty team of professional educators and program managers, helping to oversee programs, instructors, and clients. 

This individual will need to have a strong desire to learn and will want not only to support the internal team but also strive to make a difference in the lives of others. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to think creatively, take initiative, and communicate effectively with the team and external stakeholders.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Update and maintain data integrity within LMS (Learnspeed) 
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients
  • Manage clients in an organized fashion, communicating with supervisors about their status
  • Assist with basic screening of potential instructors and scheduling of interviews with Program Managers
  • Paperwork completion and filing 
  • Creating documents and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Develop and improve ways of organizing data and tasks in the Language Training Department


ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Willingness to travel
  • Provide any other administrative support for the Language Training Department


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:                             Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:                           Entry-level; 1-2 years in a corporate environment preferred.
Competencies:                  

  • Microsoft Office Suite skills are required
  • Passionate, self-motivated, detailed, and strategic thinker
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to multitask 


The employee may be required on occasion to work hours outside of normal business hours, including longer days and weekends, though normal business hours are expected. Work will be remote regularly, but some meetings will require in-person presence
