In this role, you will be involved in the layout, design, writing and editing of marketing materials. This position will provide the opportunity to work on marketing concepts for both electronic and print mediums.
What You'll Do

As anAgency Communications Specialist,you will work closely with a broad range of internal and external clients to create a variety of communication and marketing materials directed toward independent insurance agents. You will create content that engages the agent audience and promotes our products, features and benefits. You will work independently and manage multiple projects for clients under tight deadlines.
You will:
Plan, schedule and coordinate the production and distribution of agent communications, including email campaigns, product notices, promotional materials, benefit guides and training materials. Write, design, create and deliver engaging marketing content that promotes our features and benefits to agents. Proofread, edit and provide constructive criticism on the work of clients and associates
Serve as a primary contact with both external and internal parties on programs such as new brand launch communications, marketing promotions and agency communication processes
Develop expertise in company products and services, as well as customer and agent personas to utilize in content creation, marketing and promotion
Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and overall brand presentation across all channels
Additionally, you will:
Participate in the testing of new or revised procedures as it relates to the business systems
Provide procedural suggestions and ideas for implementation
Explore new delivery methods and communication forums for independent insurance agents
Perform other job-related duties as assigned from time to time
What it Takes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with an emphasis in Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of related work experienc
Ability to meet deadlines and manage complex projects
Excellent project and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency with Internet technologies and resources
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
