CATERING / EVENT / FOOD TRUCK STAFF

• BOH: Looking to experience a new or different side of the kitchen? From large volume catering to special, secret menu items to making hot chicken appetizers for the masses, there is a ton of culinary creativity happening in our Catering and Test Kitchen! Adaptable, reliable, passionate, creative, fun, eager to learn and grow: these are the basics of our Catering crew! If this sounds like you, give us a buzz!
• FOH: This guest-facing role is vital to what we do here at Hattie B’s Catering and Events. From cooking up some delicious hot chicken to serving and interacting with guests on our food truck. Day-to-day, this role can include delivery and setup of an order and learning the ins and outs of the events and catering world at a wedding, sporting, or corporate events.

*Starting wage includes hourly wages plus tips and the estinated range reflects what team members earn including tips. Tips are based on restaurant volume but not guaranteed. Our most successful servers/ cashiers create a lot of opportunities for more tips with high level hospitality.
