Position Summary
The Catering Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations, from business development and sales strategy to seamless event execution.  Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for corporate events, private parties, weddings, and other special occasions.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Client Relations:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and event planners.
- Ensure seamless service and satisfaction from inquiry to event execution.
- Event Coordination:
- Oversee logistics, ensuring top-tier quality, flawless execution, and outstanding presentation.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and manage the catering sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Work with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and event packages.
- Partner with culinary teams to proactively address event requirements.
