Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large scale infrastructure, site development, tilt up, and big box industrial construction projects. This role will oversee field operations, coordinate project teams, and drive execution from early site work through vertical construction.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex civil scopes along with large industrial or warehouse construction. This individual will play a critical role in delivering projects that involve significant earthwork, utilities, infrastructure, and tilt up structures.
What You'll Do:
• Lead construction operations across large scale infrastructure, tilt up, and big box industrial projects
• Oversee site development and vertical construction activities including mass grading, utilities, roads, foundations, and tilt up concrete structures
• Coordinate field teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe and efficient project execution
• Review plans and specifications to ensure constructability and alignment with project scope
• Manage large site logistics across expansive job sites that involve major civil and infrastructure work
• Partner with project managers to support scheduling, sequencing, and overall project strategy
• Coordinate subcontractor work and drive accountability across all trades
• Monitor field progress and proactively solve problems to keep projects moving forward
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and ownership across the job site
What You'll Bring:
• 8 or more years of construction experience managing large scale civil, infrastructure, tilt up, or big box industrial projects
• Strong background in site development including earthwork, utilities, grading, drainage, and large site logistics
• Experience with tilt up concrete construction and large industrial or warehouse buildings
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage complex construction operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and civil plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Experience working on large industrial or distribution projects is highly preferred
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results in the field
