What you’ll be doing
The Conversion Technician plays a vital role in the day-to-day logistics and execution of events at Nissan Stadium. Working closely with operations leadership, this position supports the safe, efficient, and timely setup and breakdown of a wide range of events—from banquets and trade shows to concerts and Titans home games. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player with strong problem-solving skills, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering memorable guest and event experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic stadium environment.
- Work closely with operations leadership to execute the logistical needs of Nissan Stadium in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of both special and major events, ranging from banquets and trade shows to concerts and Titans home games.
- Be onsite as an operation’s representative for both special and major events, as assigned.
- Help maintain the stadium inventory.
- Occasionally assist in preventative maintenance tasks.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to work through the unique challenges a stadium presents.
- Other duties are assigned based on the needs of the organization, the stadium, or events.
- Collaborate with other departments during the preparation and execution of events
- Operate heavy machinery & maintain inventory for the logistics operations
- Complete other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring

Required Qualifications
- Â High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in event operations, facilities, logistics, warehouse, or a related hands-on role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on the event calendar
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in sports management, facilities management, hospitality, or a related field
- Prior experience working in a stadium, arena, convention center, or large-scale venue
- Forklift, scissor lift, or other heavy machinery certification(s)
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Familiarity with event production, audiovisual setup, or basic facilities maintenance
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Work Environment: Office / Field with exposure to varying weather, loud noises and large crowds
