Job DetailsJob Location: Hudson Automotive Group- Nashville - Nashville, TN 37203Job Shift: 9am - 6pmA high-volume Hudson Automotive Group dealership in the Nashville, Tennessee market is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute performance marketing across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, SEO, and lead attribution. This role is for a hands-on operator — not a coordinator. You will work directly with dealership leadership and the internal marketing team to drive measurable results: traffic, leads, appointments, and sold units.  If you're an experienced Digital Marketing Manager professional looking to join a top-performing operation, it’s time to shift your career into gear with Hudson Automotive Group!   Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Automotive) – High Volume Import Dealership (Nashville) Location: Nashville, TN (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, 9 am- 6pm   Responsibilities Own daily performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Build, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns Control budget pacing, bid strategy, and campaign structure Manage Performance Max and inventory-based advertising strategies Oversee SEO strategy and coordinate execution with web/SEO partners Track and report results weekly and monthly (GA4, GSC, CRM, call tracking) Connect marketing performance to showroom traffic, appointments, and sold units Build dashboards that leadership can understand and trust Run creative testing plans (ads, landing pages, offers) Ensure accurate tracking: pixels, conversions, call tracking, UTMs Work closely with the sales team and leadership to support monthly volume goals Requirements 3+ years managing paid search and paid social budgets (high spend experience preferred) Strong Google Ads experience (Search + PMax) Strong Meta Ads experience (lead + traffic + retargeting) Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution Ability to report performance in business outcomes (not vanity metrics) Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Automotive experience preferred (but not required for the right performer) What Success Looks Like Increased qualified website traffic Higher lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-show performance Lower cost per sold unit Better campaign transparency and reporting Faster creative iteration and better offer performance Compensation Competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to results Paid Time Off: Full-time employees can accrue up to 10 PTO days per year.
