What we are looking for - 

TUESDAY 12-8 / FRIDAY 7-3, 10-6, 12-8 / SATURDAY 8-4, 10-6, 12-8

 Earning Potential: $20–$31+ per hour (PLUS cash tips!)

We offer a clear growth path + multiple ways to increase your income:

• Hourly Pay Progression
  • $12.00 starting
  • $12.50 at 6 months
  • $13.00 at 18 months
• Commission Opportunities
  • 10% on Product + Tool Sales(Products range from $14–$295 )
  • 20% on Add-On Services(From $15 enhancements to $25 premium upgrades)
  • $5–$10 per Membership Sold(Barfly Single + Barfly Double = easy wins!)

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for stylists who are:

• Passionate about blowouts, styling, and client experience
• Excited to be part of a team-first, positive culture
• Motivated to learn, grow, and elevate their skills
• Ready to bring great energy to every shift

Requirements:

• Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License
• Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift is 8 hours)
• Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Key Business Dates aka Blackout Dates (All Hands On Deck ):

• Valentine’s Day
• CMA Fest (June)
• CMA Awards (November)
• Holiday Eves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve)
