Day Porter

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Full-Time)

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our cleanliness operations during daytime hours, ensuring our facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. Key Responsibilities

• Restocking & Supply Management: Keep restrooms fully stocked with paper products and soap; safely receive and put away incoming janitorial supplies.

• Routine Cleaning: Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning/disinfecting restrooms throughout the shift.

• Waste Removal: Regularly pull trash and recycling to keep the facility clutter-free.

• Team Collaboration: Complete other general cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor to keep the facility running smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning, janitorial, or day porter experience is required.

• Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.

• Reliability: Strong attendance record and punctuality for the 6:30 AM start time.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot areas that need attention and address them proactively.

• Background: Successfully pass a Background and Drug Screening.
