Location: Nashville, TN

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Day Porter to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance across our facility during day-to-day operations. This role involves indoor cleaning, restroom maintenance, and outdoor grounds policing to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and police outdoor grounds to keep exterior areas clean and clear of litter

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms throughout the day

• Perform general facility cleaning including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and floor maintenance

• Receive, stock, and organize cleaning supplies and inventory

• Complete other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or day porter experience

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively throughout the shift

• Environment: Ability to work comfortably outdoors policing grounds in varying weather conditions

• Dependability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliable attendance for a early-morning schedule

• Screenings: Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
