Full-Time General Cleaner

General Cleaner (Full-Time Evening Shift)

Location: Nashville, TN

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Schedule: Friday – Tuesday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Full-Time, Off Wed/Thu)

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking  General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our retail facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a clean environment for staff and visitors and enjoys working a consistent afternoon/evening schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation across the retail space.

• Pull trash and recycling, replacing liners as needed.

• Dust fixtures, surfaces, displays, and furniture.

• Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock public and employee restrooms.

• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.

• Carry out other janitorial tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience (commercial, retail, or janitorial).

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift, along with standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

• Availability: Must be able to work the full Friday through Tuesday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and punctual.

• Background: Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
