Full-Time Janitorial Day Porter - English Required

Traveling Day Porter Requirements:

1. Janitorial experience including hotels, hospitals, clinics and hospitality settings.
2. Medical Cleaning Compliance Knowledge.
3. Carpet and floor work Knowledge.
4. Quality assurance inspection ability.
5. Front-facing customer relations experience.
6. Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish a plus.
7. Must have reliable automobile and insurance.
8. Covid and Flu shots are required.
9. Ability to pass a background check for working in highly secured areas.

Scope of work:

1. Inspection of client buildings to maintain Resource Facility Solutions quality standards and contract Scope of Work.
2. Provide customer relations to the customer and resolve issues at hand.
3. Ensure buildings have proper supplies to complete scope of work.
4. Understanding of cleaning chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogens.
5. Travel to each clients building on a regular basis.

Pay is dependent on experience and there is plenty of room for growth within the company.
