 Location: Highland Avenue, Nashville, TN 37205

⏰ Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Full-Time)

✅ Requirements: Lift 50 lbs repetitively, Drug Screen, Background Check, & MVR

•  Experience: Prior Janitorial or Supervisor experience required

What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of the night shift! In this Cleaning Supervisor role, you will lead your team to success by overseeing daily cleaning operations at our Highland Avenue site. As a Custodial Lead, you’ll ensure quality standards are met while supporting and motivating your crew to provide a clean, safe environment.

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience: You have a solid background in janitorial work or leading a team.
• Physicality: You can comfortably lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout your shift.
• Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license (clean MVR) and are ready to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Leadership: You love helping others grow and take pride in a job well done!
