As a Leasing Consultant, you're the first impression of our community-building strong relationships with residents and prospects, and driving leasing success.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Respond to leads via phone, email, and online platforms
-
Tour and promote the property
-
Track lead sources and trends
-
Prepare units for showings and move-ins
-
Screen applicants (background, income, rental history)
-
Explain lease terms, deposits, and move-in procedures
-
Provide resident support and resolve issues
-
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
-
2+ years of leasing experience
-
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
-
OneSite experience is a plus
-
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
-
Motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
- Must have valid Drivers License, reliable transportation and be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance
