The Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients. Qualifications Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an accredited institution required; Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology Must have an active, pending or provisional state license. Current CPR certification. Ability to pass a background and NPDB clearance.
