Job DetailsJob Location: TND Nashville - Nashville, TN 37203Education Level: 4 Year DegreeJob Title:                    Residential Therapist Reports to:                 Clinical Therapist Supervisor Level:                          Experienced Location:                    Nashville Classification:           Full time, non-exempt Education:                 4-year degree + or LADAC II   Mission:          The Next Door Recovery provides a continuum of evidence-based substance abuse and mental health services for women in an environment of faith and healing to restore hope and a lifetime of recovery.  Summary:             To provide direct evidence-based clinical services for women who have a substance use disorder and/or mental health diagnosis. This includes functioning as the family therapist providing counseling sessions for the women and their family and/or primary support system, facilitating family groups and visitation as well as providing and coordinating individual and treatment services with the Residential program.   Primary Responsibilities and Duties include the following: Provide trauma-informed individual, group and crisis counseling. Clinical assignments include, but are not limited to the following:  Provide weekly psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups for clients. Provide weekly individual counseling for assigned clients. Complete ASAM and continued/discharge stay ASAMs along with Treatment plans updated weekly. Attend and participate in weekly treatment team meetings. Assist in managing clients’ crises as needed. Ensure timely and professional documentation in accordance with TNDR, Inc. policy, the ACA code of ethics. Ensure that TNDR, Inc. policies and procedures are followed at all times. Complete Biopsychosocial for assigned Clients within 24 hours of admit. Additional responsibilities as assigned. QualificationsEducation and Experience: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field is required.  License preferred in Mental Health, Social Work or Marriage and Family, or LADAC II.
