The General Manager (GM) executes all sales, fitness, and operation functions within TITLE Boxing Club. The GM provides exceptional member experience, a team environment, and ensures the club’s financial success. The GM is responsible for end-to-end management and development – focusing on effective and efficient resourcing, scheduling, club & team performance, goal setting, and providing exceptional customer service; through upholding the company policies as the ultimate brand ambassador. Â

BRAND STANDARDS & RESPONSIBILITIES Â
- Hit monthly revenue targets through membership enrollment and retention, as well as class package, private training, equipment, and retail salesÂ
- Foster and maintain an engaged, high-performing team that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and valuesÂ
- Manage all end-to-end employment and development – through resourcing, scheduling, daily/weekly goals, and monthly/quarterly performance evaluationsÂ
- Facilitate and supervise ongoing training(s) to ensure all employees are proficient in club sales, operations, fitness, and TITLE brand standards + policiesÂ
- Meet and collaborate with Regional Leadership and Corporate - with ongoing communication to deliver E2E club sales funnel through prospect/lead generation, first-time visitors, marketing/events, and new membership unitsÂ
- Cultivate an evergreen source of energy and community-focused club culture that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitabilityÂ
- Delegate, oversee and lead all club operations and member engagementÂ
- Monitor club appearance, including a clean, friendly, and well-maintained environmentÂ
- Execute and oversee employee interviewing, training, scheduling, and payroll upon startÂ
- Adhere to all operational policies and maintain responsibilities for compliance with State & Federal employmentÂ
- Meet/exceed TITLE key performance indicators for club metrics – through daily, weekly, and monthly reports Â
- 3-5+ years in a managerial role - supervising, directing, and coaching teamsÂ
- Experience managing trend reports and/or demonstrated math analytical/ratio skillsÂ
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Â
- Ability to multi-task, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or in-person) and team member concerns with approachable & welcoming energy Â
- Fitness enthusiast and boxing experience preferred; however, not a ‘knock-out’ qualification Â
- High School Diploma/GED Â
- College degree strongly preferredÂ
- CPR and First Aid certified preferred Â
- Flexible hours, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends 
- $60,000 - $70,000 salary + monthly bonus incentives Â
