Job Description – What you will be doing

As we continue to build an in-house creative agency, our goal is to bring in an experienced individual with high integrity, a fresh perspective and a diverse range of skills to help us concept and design amazing and beautiful work daily. We want someone who is hungry to grow as a creative problem solver and produce killer work at the highest level in all of sports.

We cover multiple disciplines and offer a variety of opportunities to showcase your abilities, so whether it’s social graphics, out-of-home ads, publications, or corporate identity pieces, we want someone who is comfortable hopping in and owning a project from concept to completion. • Develop cohesive design solutions for both print and web applications
• Create promotional materials to include advertisements, brochures and other similar projects for both digital and print
• Convert files for digital media usage
• Select photos for design usage
• Assist with managing archives
• Other duties as assigned by Design Director

Requirements – What you will bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in graphic design or a related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the Graphic Design field, within an agency or in a corporate environment
• Must have experience using Mac OSX
• Proficient in the latest versions of graphic design software, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Experience using Adobe After Effects preferred but not required
• Experience with design and development of promotional materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Working knowledge and familiarity with NFL rules

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and some holidays
• This is an in person role located at the Titans Practice facility in Nashville, TN
