General Cleaner

Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our facility maintenance team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming commercial environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the commercial facility.

• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.

• Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and window sills.

• Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.

• Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep, and mop flooring.

• Execute additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial, janitorial, or residential cleaning experience required.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to continuously stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Strong attendance record and punctuality for early morning shifts starting at 6:30 AM.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow cleaning checklists, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions effectively.

• Background: Successfully pass background check and drug screening.
