Job DetailsJob Location: Nashville - Nashville, TN 37217Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: AnyPosition Summary The Industrial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high-quality service levels in demanding industrial environments, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company and client policies, and helping provide a safe working environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Operate a walk-behind floor scrubber, vacuum equipment, and a T12 ride-on floor scrubber. Training will be provided. Perform routine cleaning of production areas, including paint booths, while following all safety procedures. Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance concerns. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. QualificationsWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment, dust, and noise. Enter paint booths as needed to perform cleaning tasks and inspect floor areas. Wear required PPE including paper suits, respirator/face mask with filters, safety glasses, and gloves in designated areas. Safely operate powered cleaning equipment after training. Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
