INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE — LONGEVITY CARE

You are a longevity educator & connector for patient growth.

We need a competitive, coachable inside sales rep to turn warm leads into patients and patients into lifelong members.

$55,000 base + uncapped monthly commission [OTE, $90k+]

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the sales cycle: qualify inbound leads, educate new patients on hormone optimization, peptide, and longevity modalities, and book consults.
Monthly sales quotas: this is the core of the job, not a side responsibility.
Grow the book: upsell and cross-sell bundled services to new & existing patients to grow revenue per patient.
Reactivate: reactivate lapsed patients through targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns.
Track everything: manage your CRM pipeline (HubSpot) as it’s your own book of business.
Collaborate: partner with clinical staff to match patients to the right plan and the best teammates sell solutions, not just services.

WHAT YOU HAVE

1–2+ years of sales experience, phone/inside sales strongly preferred — healthcare or wellness sales a plus.
A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
CRM experience; HubSpot is a big plus.
Passion for educating patients on our services to change their lives
Competitive by nature, coachable by choice.
Genuine interest in health, wellness, and longevity.

Monthly consults completed.
Monthly ROFs (re-opportunities/follow-ups) completed.
Net new patient adds vs. goal.
% of patients on bundled / upsold services.
