Key Responsibilities:
路 Engage with customers over the phone to assist with their insurance choices, using a well-defined script.
路 Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a busy call center environment.
路 Address and resolve customer objections effectively.
路 Regular use of database, dialing, and email software.
路 Deliver clear verbal and written communication.
路 Be open to other tasks as needed.
Training & Development: You may be eligible to receive comprehensive training, including preparation for obtaining P&C/Life Insurance licenses (optional). Our expert team will support your growth in this customer-focused role.

Ideal Candidate:
路 High School Diploma or equivalent.

路 The ability to type 45 wpm.

- Must be able to walk up and down stairs (there are no elevators in the 2-story main office Building);
- Physical, consistent attendance during normal working hours within a standard聽40-hour workweek, as many of the job duties are time sensitive and most effectively and efficiently resolved only through required immediate communication; additional hours may be required;
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
