Position Type: Seasonal – Summer 2026
Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Minimum Age to Apply: 18
Shift: Flexible hours available (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and special event days)
Do you love the smell of fresh-baked bread in the morning? We’re looking for a Baker/Pastry Chef to help create delicious, high-quality baked goods that fuel unforgettable camp experiences at Joe C. Davis Camp Widjiwagan. Under the direction of our Kitchen Operations Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering scratch-made goodness with safety and care .
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and bake breads, muffins, cookies, pastries, desserts, and specialty items according to menu plans
- Follow production schedules for meals and special camp events
- Maintain ServSafe standards, proper food handling, and allergen awareness
- Safely operate commercial baking equipment and support kitchen cleanliness and safety
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Kitchen experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid/AED within 30 days of hire; New Hire Orientation before first shift
- Organized, team-oriented, and passionate about great food and service
