MPOWER Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Lead Personal Trainer to oversee our Green Hills personal training team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated fitness professional who enjoys coaching others, building client relationships, and leading a high-performing team within a collaborative healthcare environment. As the Lead Personal Trainer, you'll continue working with your own clients while mentoring trainers, driving business growth, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Personal Trainers Maintain an active personal training client base and meet weekly training session expectations Achieve monthly personal training sales and productivity goals Recruit, onboard, and mentor new trainers alongside the Fitness & Wellness Manager Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability Manage trainer schedules to maximize client satisfaction and team productivity Lead weekly team meetings and foster a positive, collaborative culture Serve as the primary liaison between the personal training team, clinicians, and leadership Promote collaboration between physical therapy and personal training services Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure an outstanding customer experience Complete payroll, reporting, and administrative responsibilities accurately and on time Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional training environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Business, or a related field Nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification At least 2 years of personal training experience Leadership or management experience in a fitness environment preferred Experience working alongside healthcare or rehabilitation professionals is a plus Strong leadership, communication, organization, and coaching skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fitness management software (Mindbody experience preferred) We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
