Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling or Social Work
- LMSW for Social Workers; applicable license for Mental Health Counselors
- Successful background check before employment begins
- K–12 school-based experience preferred
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity
- Bonus points for fluency in a global language (Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)
