We’re seeking a dynamic Mortgage Loan Originator with strong sales abilities and a passion for building meaningful partnerships. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and nurturing new relationships with Real Estate professionals within your market—helping expand our presence and drive continued growth.

As an MLO, you’ll guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity and confidence, delivering exceptional service and crafting tailored financing solutions that support their homeownership goals. You’ll build long‑term client relationships, analyze financial information to recommend the best lending options, and collaborate closely with a supportive, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

Engage & Advise Clients

•    Meet with mortgage applicants to understand their financial needs and review initial loan requests.

•    Evaluate borrower information and recommend appropriate loan products that best meet their goals.

Manage the Loan Process

•    Submit fully completed loan applications and documentation for processing.

•    Monitor progress and keep clients informed from application through post closing.

•    Partner with the loan team to ensure all files are complete, accurate, and properly secured.

Structure & Present Loan Solutions

•    Negotiate loan terms and structure financing packages based on risk and credit considerations.

•    Present loan recommendations for approval in alignment with bank policies.

•    Maintain accurate financial and credit tracking records.

Maintain Credit Quality

•    Perform credit investigations as needed and keep credit files current throughout the life of the loan.

Deliver Exceptional Service

•    Support the bank’s relationship focused culture with strong product knowledge and proactive communication.

•    Build positive relationships with customers, prospective clients, and team members.

Be a Team Player

•    Help coordinate workflow and contribute to a supportive team environment.

•    Champion department and company goals with a collaborative mindset.

•    Follow all company policies, procedures, lending regulations, and industry standards.
