What You Will Do

  • Execute high-resolution diagnostic scans by expertly positioning patients and selecting precise technical parameters to capture the cross-sectional images essential for accurate treatment.
  • Empower patients through the imaging process by providing clear education and thorough pre-screening, ensuring they feel informed, safe, and prepared for their exam.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of diagnostic data—from meticulous entry to PACS transmission—to guarantee the medical team has immediate access to high-quality, life-saving information.
  • Maintain a high-performance clinical environment by proactively monitoring equipment health and upholding rigorous safety standards to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

 

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
