Your Mission

This is not a traditional administrative support role.

As our Bilingual Executive Assistant, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring seamless operations, driving accountability, coordinating key initiatives, and helping leadership stay focused on the highest-value opportunities.

You will play a critical role in enhancing executive productivity, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring successful execution across the business.

What You'll Do 

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and priorities.
  • Coordinate projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and special projects.
  • Support decision-making through research and analysis.
