Operational Manager Requirements

Scope of work

Inspection of Client Building to maintain RFS quality standards and contract scope of work.
Build customer relations.
Incident reporting and problem solving.
Manage the Independent Contractors including hiring and termination.
Manage Day porters including hiring, termination, scheduling, and training.
Ensure buildings have proper supplies.
Manage special cleaning projects such as terminals.
Train employees on chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogens.
Traveling between client buildings.
Participate on bid and estimates for special services.
Suggest to clients additional special work and other sales.
