<div><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Job Summary </span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">We are seeking a detail-oriented OSP (Outside Plant) Permitter to join our fiber construction team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between field data and official city/utility approvals. You will be responsible for translating field measurements into precise CAD drawings and navigating the regulatory landscape to secure the necessary permits for our high-speed fiber deployments. </span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></span></div>- <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Design &amp; Drafting: Use AutoCAD to create detailed permit drawings, including plan and profile views of intersections, existing utilities, and proposed fiber routes.</span></span>- <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Data Integration: Take raw field measurements and survey data to accurately plot distances and infrastructure onto digital maps.</span></span>- <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">GIS Mapping: Utilize ArcGIS/ESRI platforms to manage spatial data and ensure project alignment with existing utility grids.</span></span>- <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Permit Lifecycle Management: Prepare, submit, and track permit applications through various agencies (City, County, DOT, and private utilities).</span></span>- <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Quality Control: Ensure all drawings meet both customer specifications and the strict standards of local permitting jurisdictions.</span></span>- <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Collaboration: Coordinate with field technicians and project managers to resolve any design conflicts discovered during the permitting process.</span></span><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</span></span>- <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Technical Proficiency: * AutoCAD (Mandatory): Advanced ability to create technical drawings from scratch. </span></span>
