What You’ll Do: As a Payment Poster, you’ll help ensure financial accuracy by entering payments, tracking reimbursements, and supporting a clean revenue cycle. Your responsibilities will include: Posting insurance and patient payments (EOBs, EFTs, and checks) into our billing system; Reviewing remittance advice for accuracy and addressing discrepancies; Assisting in reconciling daily deposits and accounts; Communicating with billing and AR teams to resolve payment issues; Keeping detailed, organized, and accurate records. What You’ll Bring: High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year of experience in payment posting or healthcare billing (ABA experience is a plus!); Experience with Central Reach is a plus (but not required—we’re happy to train!); Familiarity with insurance billing, EOBs, and electronic remittance files; Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
