Join Our Team as a Porter / Groundskeeper!
Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming? We’re looking for a Porter to help maintain the beauty and curb appeal at two of our apartment communities, The Brentwood and The Grove Brentwood in Nashville, TN. Your work will make a lasting first impression on everyone who visits and lives here!

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
- Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
- Support the maintenance team with make-ready and special projects.
- Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior porter, janitorial, or landscaping experience preferred (but not required).
- Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A positive team player who takes pride in their work.
