Join Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as a Production Coordinator and play a key role in the future of our team. You’ll be responsible for scheduling production installations, maintaining clear and outstanding communication with customers, and ensuring our installation crews are set up for success.

Your Impact

  • Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations 
  • Stay in close communication with our customers as needed for each project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know
  • Keep client records and files updated so they are always ready when we need them
  • Ensure our construction projects are complete and error-free
  • Provide tactical support to the production department and managers

Requirements

What You Provide

  • Ability to work in an in-person, office-based environment 
  • Demonstrable experience in logistics, administration, and/or customer service
  • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to see the picture while having a high attention to every detail  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications required, plus ability to navigate software programs
