Job Summary:

In your pivotal role as Program Manager, you will plan, develop and execute ongoing program(s) that impacts a significant segment of the organization under occasional guidance. Your primary duties and tasks will consist of:

1. CME Activity Management: assist with gathering information for the activity approval process as needed and set up the administrative functions in Cloud CME which is our CME support platform after approval.
2. Accreditation Compliance: ensure activities adhere to the ACCME standards, OCPD policies and VUMC policies for education activities. Review promotional materials to confirm that CME information is correct. Audit activities for quality improvement.
3. Faculty & Planner Support: guide individuals through the disclosure process and documentation needs. Provide training on policies and using the CloudCME system
4. Committee Management: support membership and meeting management for the Academy for Excellence in Education and Education Development programs, support faculty leader’s initiatives, assist with communications regarding special events and meeting planning
5. Customer Service: respond to inquiries through our general inbox and triage when needed to get feedback from other team members.

You will manage multiple CME activities at different stages, track deadlines, and ensure all documentation meets ACCME and institutional standards. OCPD is known for being a supportive, tightknit team. You will work Monday-Friday with start time varying based on meetings and other obligations. You will enjoy a hybrid remote working model where you perform many of your duties remotely from home while coming into the office routinely as needed. Your on site location will float between 2525 West End Ave. & VUMC Light Hall located at 2215 Garland Ave. These locations are within a few minutes' walking distance in Nashville, TN.
