What You'll Be Doing
As Property Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the community's success by:
- Maximizing occupancy, revenue, and asset value
- Leading, coaching, and developing onsite team members
- Delivering outstanding resident experiences
- Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
- Managing budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Overseeing leasing operations, resident retention, and property appearance
- Building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and results
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of Property Manager experience
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills
- Thorough understanding of Fair Housing requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and drive performance
- CAM, CAPS, HCCP, or similar designations are a plus
