How you'll make an impact in this role

• Advocate & Strategist: You will bring patient care plans to life—implementing, monitoring, and evolving them to meet the unique needs of those in your care.
• Vigilant Communicator: Beyond just "recording" data, you will be the expert voice for your patients, monitoring conditions and communicating vital updates to the team in real-time.
• Precision Execution: With a keen eye for detail, you’ll interpret and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring clinical accuracy at every turn.
• Bridge to Home: You’ll lead the discharge planning process from day one, collaborating across the care team to ensure your patients have everything they need for a safe and confident transition home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
