As a Remote Customer Service Representative / Client Benefits Representative, you'll meet with clients virtually, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide outstanding customer service that helps working families protect what matters most.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive virtual training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health benefits.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Build lasting relationships through trust and professionalism.
Maintain accurate client documentation.
Participate in weekly coaching and leadership development.
