Job DetailsJob Location: Hilton Nashville Downtown - Nashville, TN 37201Position Type: Full TimeGeneral Summary of Duties: The Retail Sales Associates are responsible for efficiently re-merchandising stock, maintaining visual displays, and remaining up-to-date with new and existing merchandise while creating memorable experiences for our guests. Examples of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following): Provide suggestions, information, and assistance to guests as requested Stock shelves, counters, tables and similar display fixtures with merchandise in a fashion that maximizes product visibility and promotes sales Maintain knowledge of products in assigned store as well as general product knowledge regarding merchandise for sale in other retail outlets on property Work with team to ensure operational standards are achieved including merchandise replenishment, visual merchandising, processing shipments and store cleanliness Maintain knowledge of current monthly sales performance and increase sales per hour and units per transaction as required Perform other related duties as assigned  Qualifications
